The same condition was seen at the Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Sub-agency in North Jakarta, which had restarted its services at the sub-agency, sub-district, and urban village levels. Services are open according to working hours from 7:30 AM to 4 PM.

"Services have re-opened and there are our officers who are on standby during public holidays following the picket schedule for emergency administration," he said.
